With five years’ experience, she specialises in customer lifecycle strategy, journey orchestration, segmentation, personalisation, marketing automation and experimentation.
Hattie combines customer-focused thinking with hands-on technical expertise across platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce, alongside experience with other systems as well. Her work spans data quality, integrations, campaign measurement and multi-channel delivery across email, SMS, direct outreach, apps, paid media and social.
