For the last 5 years an iconic cheeky red face has dominated Catherine’s life and his name is Henry! Having previously worked in events, membership organisations and equestrian retail, Catherine joined Numatic in 2018 for the launch of MyHenry.com. This was the first time Henry had been sold direct from his UK Manufacturer to the end user and in the following years the website gone from strength to strength, expanding into new channels and territories. And there are still grand ambitions for the UK’s most Popular Vacuum Cleaner! Catherine places a strong emphasis on customer journey and behaviour patterns using analytics and the intuition that comes from understanding her customers habits.
