Agamemnon Papazoglou - Skroutz Last Mile

Agamemnon Papazoglou

Chief Executive Officer, Skroutz Last Mile
Agamemnon Papazoglou is the Chief Executive Officer of Skroutz Last Mile, the logistics arm of Skroutz, Greece's leading eCommerce marketplace. He leads the company's end-to-end delivery operation, spanning its courier network, fulfilment infrastructure and the Skroutz Point parcel locker network - one of the densest out-of-home delivery networks in Southern Europe, with more than 2,500 locker locations across Greece and Cyprus. As CEO, Agamemnon has scaled Skroutz Last Mile from a standing start to a nationwide operation handling around 90,000 parcels per day, with out-of-home delivery now reaching 60% penetration of the platform's shipments - among the highest rates in Europe - reshaping the economics of the last mile while raising delivery speed, reliability and customer satisfaction. He has overseen the rollout of the Skroutz Point network in partnership with SwipBox, the launch of Skroutz Last Mile in Cyprus in 2025, and carrier partnerships that extend out-of-home coverage across the Greek islands. His current focus is on optimising the network's capacity and availability - using demand data, site-level utilisation and routing analytics to decide where the next locker should go, and when an existing location should grow. He is a regular speaker on last-mile innovation, and has presented at Parcel+Post Expo inAmsterdam on the operational and financial drivers of running a locker network as a marketplace-owned delivery business. Before Skroutz Last Mile, Agamemnon co-founded MyJobNow, one of Greece's leading on-demand staffing platforms, whose delivery business, MyJobNow Delivery, was acquired by Skroutz. Earlier in his career he worked as an investment manager at T-Life Capital and as a business analyst at IMS Health. He holds an MSc in Management Science (Operational Research) from the London School of Economics and an MEng in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol - a grounding in operational research that continues to shape his data-driven approach to network design and optimisation.
