Olivia Davson is co-founder of Cubbi, the UK's first parental discount platform, helping new and expecting parents save money with over 400 brand partners. Before starting Cubbi, Olivia built her career at Amazon, Deliveroo, Rolls-Royce and McLaren. She built the first version of Cubbi during her own maternity leave, just eight weeks postpartum, after seeing first hand how underserved new parents were by the brands and platforms around them. Since then she's helped grow Cubbi to 60K users, secured investment from Dragon Susie Ma on BBC's Dragons' Den, and seen the business named one of Entrepreneur UK's Top 100 Start-Ups for 2026.
