Joe Strolz is Vice President of Global Revenue and Support at Shopify, where he leads the organization responsible for sales and customer experience. Since joining Shopify in 2021, he has held leadership roles across the company, running global operations for its core R&D organization, rebuilding its talent acquisition function, and transforming its support organization to deliver exceptional merchant experiences through AI.
Before Shopify, Joe spent two decades in regional and global leadership roles at Microsoft, Snap, and Verizon Media (formerly AOL/Yahoo). A past board chair of IAB Canada, he currently serves on the board of lg2 and lives in Toronto.
