Launch Fulfilment UK launches a searchable version of HMRC's FHDDS register
Launch Fulfilment UK, which exhibited at eCommerce Expo 2026 on stand J22, has published a free, searchable index of every fulfilment business approved under HMRC's Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS). HMRC publishes the list as eight alphabetical web pages with no search. The new index puts all 583 businesses listed with an FHDDS number in one table, searchable by name, number or location, republished from GOV.UK under the Open Government Licence. "Sellers get asked for an FHDDS number by Amazon, by their accountant, by customs agents, and until now there was no quick way to check one," said Michael Bridges, Director, Launch Fulfilment UK. "We are on the register ourselves. Making it searchable was a few days' work and it answers a question we get every week." Launch Fulfilment UK runs an HMRC-approved bonded warehouse in Seaham, County Durham.
Sellers outside the UK must use an FHDDS-registered fulfilment house. Trading through an unregistered one can leave them liable for VAT and duty.
