Who can attend eCommerce Expo?

eCommerce Expo is for professionals in B2B and B2C/D2C looking to network, upskill, and find the latest solutions to enhance their eCommerce strategies. The event is co-located with Technology for Marketing, so is also open to marketing professionals.

Entry is free of charge but you must have registered online for your personal ticket. Click here to register your interest for 2024. You will be notified closer to the show date when the official registration opens.

When will I receive my visitor badge?

Once you have registered for your ticket, you will be sent an email confirming your registration that includes your barcode and visitor registration number. You can bring that with you to the venue to have your badge printed on arrival.

What if I have forgotten my email when I arrive?

Don't worry - just go to the registration desk situated at the main entrance. Staff will then locate your details on the database and issue you with your visitor badge.

Can I register when I arrive?

Yes, if you have not pre-registered, you can register on arrival by filling out the online registration form.

What are the exhibition opening times?

Wednesday 18th 9:00-17:00, and Thursday 19th 9:00-16:45

Is parking available at the venue?

There is parking available in the ExCeL CarPark. There is limited parking availble. Visit this page to pre-book your parking spot.

Can I bring children?

Sorry, but this is a trade event and children under the age of 16 years are not permitted. There are NO creche facilities at the venue so please DO NOT bring children or babies.

Are there disabled facilities at the venue?

The venue is suitable for wheelchair access. There is disabled car parking and you must display a blue badge to park in this area. For more information about disabled access, please view the ExCeL website for further details.

Are students allowed to attend the exhibition?

We welcome students to the event, which provies a valuable upskill opportunity for aspiring eCommerce and marketing professionals. Students under the age of 16 years are not permitted. All students must register online.

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

There are cloakrooms throughout the ExCeL center.

Where can I eat?

There are restaurants and coffee carts open during the shows within the halls. In addition, the foyer area in ExCeL immediately outside the event offers several restaurants and snack outlets.

Is a cashpoint available onsite?

Cash points (with a charge payable) are available outside the halls.

Is there wifi?

Visitors to the can connect to free wifi across theExCeL venue, enabling them to stay connected to their home, office and social media networks whilst at the shows.

Is there a prayer room?

The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.
