WHO SHOULD ATTEND

eCommerce Expo provides a deep exploration of the technologies underpinning your online sales business. We strongly recommend that companies send delegates from across their online sales operations to ensure that the business’ needs are met.

If your role relates to your company’s website, you need to be at eCommerce Expo.

Each year, visitor titles include: Head of ecommerce, ecommerce managers, ecommerce directors, analytics teams, digital strategists, omnichannel brand managers, digital content & commerce lead, ecommerce professionals of all types, SEO consultants, product managers and sales teams.

Q. HOW DO I REGISTER? 
A. Registration is now open! Click here to register for free! 

Q. CAN I REGISTER COLLEAGUES?
A. Due to GDPR regulations, you cannot register colleagues but not register them directly. you can refer them. During the registration process, you will be able to refer a colleague where you enter their basic details and that will then automatically prompt them to confirm their registration. 

Q. WHAT WILL YOU SEND ME ONCE I HAVE REGISTERED?
A. If you register at least 1 month before the show, you'll receive your badge in the post. If it doesn't arrive, or if you register late, you can print out a copy of your email confirmation and bring this with you to print your badge from one of the registration machines at the show.

Q. WHERE CAN I GET THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME INFORMATION?
A. Click here to see the latest conference programme. You will also find the programme in the free Show Guide available on the day and on the mobile app from September 3rd. 

Q. WILL THE PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE SHOW?
A. Presentations will be available to all attendees approximate one month after the show.

Q. WHERE CAN I GET A LIST OF EXHIBITING COMPANIES?
A. The full list is now available, view our booked exhibitors here.

Q. IS THERE A MOBILE APPLICATION?
A. Yes, our Customer Series App will be available for download on android and iOS on September 3rd.

Q. CAN I PLAN MY DAY IN ADVANCE?
A. You can by downloading the app. You will be able to plan your itinerary, explore our interactive floor plan, save the sessions you don't want to miss and even book 1-2-1 meetings with our best suppliers.

Q. CAN I ACCESS THE TWO CO-LOCATED SHOWS?
A. Yes, your Technology for Marketing ticket will also give you access to ad:tech London and eCommerce Expo for free!

Q. HOW DO I GET TO EXCEL?
A. Excel is very central and super easy to access. You can find all the travel information on this page.

Q. I COME FROM ABROAD, WHERE CAN I STAY AROUND THE VENUE?
A. There are loads of hotels around Excel! Go to our Travel & Accommodation page to find more details about our special deals.

A. Please contact us directly on the details below if you are a student or a college group. 

Covid-19 Announcement

Due to the current outbreak of Covid-19 Virus we are closely monitoring the situation and are carefully following government guidance. In cooperation with our venue, we will be taking all sensible steps to ensure that eCommerce Expo proceeds safely and successfully.

We will continue to observe the situation and should Government advice change, or any additional precautions be advisable, we will react immediately and ensure this is communicated to all attendees and exhibitors.

At present we are confident that our autumn schedule of events will take place as normal, with eCommerce Expo taking place 30th September – 1st October.

We will keep exhibitors and visitors up to speed on any changes and the additional hygiene and safety steps we will be implementing at the show in due course. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the team.
