Sarah has been working in the Data & Analytics industry for 19 years, using her love of data to deliver innovative & transformational capability alongside game changing insight for media, financial and retail companies. She spent 14 years at Sky where she was privileged to be a driving force in new product launches such as Sky HD, BB, Go & AdSmart, before moving to lead & execute the data strategy for Sky’s streaming service NOW, with the aim of truly personalising the digital TV viewing experience. Sarah joined Mars earlier this year to build out the data strategy for Mars across Pet Nutrition in Europe putting Pet Parent engagement at the heart. Outside of work you can find her doing Triathlons and Tough Mudders, or just chilling with her dog and 2 cats
