Nadina Gulielmetti currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer, Marketing of The Vitamin Shoppe. In this role, she leads omnichannel marketing across the organization, including brand marketing, performance marketing, loyalty, customer insights, and CRM, inclusive of email, direct mail, and SMS channels. Ms. Guglielmetti joined The Vitamin Shoppe in 2017 and since that time has scaled a data-driven, customer-first strategy that drives innovation, efficiencies, and impact across key marketing processes and campaigns. The Vitamin Shoppe, a subsidiary of Franchise Group Inc., is an omnichannel specialty retailer and wellness lifestyle Company with more than 700 directly operated stores, under The Vitamin Shoppe and Super Supplements banners, and an e-commerce business. Based in Secaucus, New Jersey, the Company offers a comprehensive assortment of nutritional solutions, including vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, specialty supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, green living products, and natural beauty products. Prior to joining The Vitamin Shoppe, Ms. Guglielmetti was a management consultant, an Executive Director at Engine UK on the Unilever account, and Chief Digital and Strategy Officer at Kaplow Communications. Earlier in her career, she held marketing positions of increasing responsibility at companies such as WE Communications, L’Oréal, Pfizer, and The Estée Lauder Companies.
