Former Head of Marketing, John Lewis
Louisa left JLP earlier this summer after a 20-year career at the giant retailer. In her most recent role she headed up: Brand, trade marketing, media sales, campaigns and Marketing Planning teams (with a team of c70). She was also the Senior Business lead on head office Digital Transformation for the firm. Prior to that she was Head of Digital and Social at John Lewis during 2020 and the peak of the pandemic and was accountable for driving £2.4 bn in online sales. As well as her marketing skillset, Louisa is a specialist in e-commerce trading, product development, omni-channel propositions and merchandising. She has worked across a variety of vertical sectors including Beauty, Home, Tech, Fashion, Nursery and Fitness.
