James Heery is an Account Executive and Customer Experience Expert for Reputation’s SMB department. James has been with Reputation for over 5-years’ in a variety of roles. Originally starting with the CX & Online Feedback SaaS platform in 2017 as an SDR for the Enterprise sector, James quickly moved into a Team Leadership role, and then into his current role in 2020. An expert in CX, James also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Liverpool John Moores University in English Language and Literature.
