Harshna Cayley joined Barclaycard Payments in April 2021 to head up Online Payments as Managing Director. In this role she is responsible for leading and driving the strategy to create unified payment experiences. Harshna has extensive payments industry knowledge and expertise derived from over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, Retail, Loyalty and FMCG. Harshna leads on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Payments and is passionate about creating a diverse, dynamic and high performing workforce; celebrating diversity of thought and fostering a culture of ‘speaking up’. Harshna lives in Epsom, Surrey with her husband, 3 daughters and dog.
