Dave Robinson is Customer Strategy Director at Virgin Red, leading the development of the Virgin Red member programme at the heart of the Virgin Group. He is a data-driven marketing specialist, having previously held a number of roles within Boots UK across commercial, marketing and strategy. For the last 10 years Dave has been closely involved in building customer loyalty capabilities through the Boots Advantage Card, delivering CRM programmes and targeted communications utilising one of UK retail’s most powerful data foundations. In his last the last 18 months Dave led a major MarTech implementation across Boots UK, delivered a single customer view, and developed, tested and implemented significant changes to the Advantage Card proposition.
