Alps joined Barclaycard Payments in January 2022 to head up Product Solutions & Experience. In this role he is responsible for simplifying and creating the right customer propositions & experiences enabling our customers to take payments seamlessly via the channel of their choice. Alps has a diverse range of industry knowledge and experience gained from 16 years in FS & Payments, Consulting, Social Media/Tech, Aviation and Telco working in multicultural and international environments. Alps is passionate about building diverse and authentic teams focused on Product Design, Service & Experience that power and underpin customer propositions and solutions. Alps champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and in particular drives the agenda for Diversity of thought, life stories and allyship. Alps lives in London and is married to Asha and they have a son Myan (19 months). Outside of work Alps spends a lot of time traveling, exploring and experiencing different cultures.
