Operation Executive, ted baker
David joined Ted Baker in Jan 2019 after serving 15 years in the British Army. During his time in the Army he deployed on multiple overseas exercises as well as three tours of Afghanistan. He finished his time as a Platoon Sergeant. David's role included the day to day administration, operations management, planning and conducting training of his platoon of 35 men. David's current role at Ted Baker is the Operations Executive to the Global Customer Service Team. He looks after the day-to-day running of all operational areas of customer service, including recruitment, training, system maintenance, the CS teams personal development amongst many other things. He has been looking after Ted Baker’s Trustpilot since January 2019.
