What industry trends are you looking forward to seeing at this year’s eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing?
I'm particularly excited to see advancements in 3D AI-generated visual content and video. As these technologies evolve, they offer brands unprecedented control over how their products are showcased online. The ability to create hyper-realistic, customisable visual experiences that can be tailored in real-time to individual consumer preferences is a game-changer. I’m also keen to see how AI-driven personalisation and automation continue to reshape digital marketing strategies, driving more effective engagement and conversion across platforms.
What are the biggest challenges facing eCommerce retailers heading into Q4 and peak season?
One of the biggest challenges eCommerce retailers face as we head into Q4 is maintaining brand control across increasingly complex digital landscapes. With the surge in AI-generated content, ensuring consistent brand representation while leveraging these tools for personalised customer experiences will be crucial. Additionally, managing the logistics of peak season demand—especially with the rise of omnichannel shopping— requires robust, agile systems that can handle both volume and the need for rapid, real-time updates to visual content and inventory.
What is most exciting to you about the eCommerce and digital marketing industry right now?
The intersection of AI and 3D technology is what excites me the most right now. AI-generated 3D content is revolutionising how brands interact with consumers, offering immersive, dynamic experiences that are far more engaging than static images or traditional videos. This evolution not only enhances customer experience but also allows brands to experiment with new forms of storytelling and personalisation. The potential for AI-driven content to be adapted on the fly, based on real-time consumer data, is truly transformative for the industry.
Why is it important to bring the industry together at events like eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing?

They are invaluable opportunities for networking, learning, and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry, especially in areas like AI-driven content and brand control.
What’s the best piece of advice you would give to new people joining the industry?
For those new to the industry, my advice is to embrace the power of technology and data. Understanding how to leverage AI, 3D content, and real-time analytics will set you apart. Stay curious and adaptable, as the eCommerce and digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving. Build a solid foundation in both the creative and analytical aspects of the industry and never stop learning—this is where the real innovation happens.
