eCommerce fulfilment and integrated software specialist, Exact Abacus, has rebranded as fulfilmentcrowd with a new brand identity and website, supported by their unique customer Promise designed to set a new benchmark for quality and service to the online retail sector.

The change is a result of the company reorienting themselves with a sharper focus on eCommerce fulfilment services and technology. The name Exact Abacus originates from the company’s origins as a developer of accountancy systems 34 years ago, which is no longer relevant to the company offering.

fulfilmentcrowd’s six-point Promise includes a commitment to no minimum volumes and no contracts, removing one of the key hurdles that holds online retailers back from upscaling their business by outsourcing fulfilment.

Lee Thompson, managing director at fulfilmentcrowd explains: “Enquiries for our fulfilment services are growing exponentially. In light of this, we recognised that the message portrayed needed to be sharpened to better suit the potential customers we are attracting.

The company will still offer cost-flexibility based on sales volumes and any specialist requirements, with its tailored solutions also forming part of the new Promise. Online retailers can select from a range of services to suit the needs of their business, products and customers, including white glove, dangerous goods, organic, over-sized items and Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP).

The cost and flexibility benefits of working with fulfilmentcrowd are complemented by the focus on service and quality reiterated by the company’s new Promise.
