E-Commerce Expo is competitvely priced, starting at $740* + VAT per square metre for space. Thats equivalent to 600* Euro's + VAT.

A 10' x 10' stand is equivalent to a 9m² stand.

At the show we offer 3 different types of stands, space only, shell scheme and package.

Space Only  - this is chalked marked on the show floor and is a space for you to build a stand. This type of stand build will need the services of a stanf contractor and will involve shipping goods to the UK.

Shell Scheme - this stand is made up of shell scheme walling and a nameboard with your company name on. In addition to the cost of this stand you will need to hire furniture, lighting and electrical connection.

Package Stand - This stand is devised to provide the simplest way to exhibit. The stand is very much a pitch up and go stand. You will have schell scheme walling, a nameboard, carpet, furniture, lighting and electrical sockets.

Prices:

10 x 10 Space Only Stand	= $6660 + VAT *
10 x 10 Shell Scheme Stand	= $7326 + VAT *
10 x 10 Package Stand	= $7992 + VAT * (includes lighting, furniture, carpet, walling and name board)

9 sqm Space only	= 5400 Euro's + VAT*
9 sqm Shell Scheme	= 5940 Euro's+ VAT*
9 sqm Package Stand	= 6480 Euro's + VAT*

*Prices based on a currency conversion rate of £1=$1.48 & £1 = 1.2 Euro

Claim back your VAT

Although there have been changes made in the rules regarding cross border VAT within and outside the EU, “fairs and exhibitions” are specifically excepted from the new rules, and hence are still taxed in the jurisdiction where they take place rather than where the customer is based (e.g. a German customer exhibiting at a UK event is still charged UK VAT and a Spanish customer attending a German event is still charged German VAT).
